Michelle's Birthday!!

Okay first of all a big shoutout to the birthday gurl:

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DARLING!! YOU'RE 18!! WOOHOOO!!!!!!!

By the way I DID already wish her alright?hehe Neways we went out to Pyramid on Wednesday to celebrate the occassion. Before that me and Joash made a quick trip to Kota Raya to get her a present. It was quite difficult cause Kota Raya has surprisingly a lot to choose from and the stuff was really nice hehe. We got her a necklace and a bracelet la. Then nothing worth mentioning til we got to Pyramid!!

Well Aaron and Michelle got there ahead of me and Joash la. So after taking a while to act like Selvarajs and get lost, we met them and Michelle's sister Melissa at the pool place. Michelle and Aaron were playing and Aaron was being nice because it was Michelle's birthday after all. It was sooo totally hilarious!! Everytime the ball got close to falling in and missed, he would just grab it and put it in hehe. I was probably the only crazy person there laughing.

So then we went, at my insistence, for lunch. But before that we went to get our movie tickets first. Me and Michelle reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaally wanted to watch Revolutionary Road. *Sigh* The reunion of Leonardo diCaprio and Kate Winslet since Titanic. But unfortunately they were only showing sneak previews so that was out. We finally settled for Inkheart. Boleh tahanlah...Brendan Fraser what. hehe

THEN we went for lunch. Goodness...the amount of time we took to decide where to go. But only me and Aaron were actively involved in the debate though. The rest just wanted food hehe. In the end we went for Pizza Hut, it had been a while. We had fun la. Joash and Aaron got along extremely well. I wasn't really surprised or anything, they're more alike than they think :) Then when we were done eating Kuben and Nanthinee got there. We were all laughing at Kuben who got chased by FIVE dogs sometime and was telling us about it. Anyway. Nanthinee didn't quite seem alright. I was kinda bummed that she made it so obvious though, after all it was Michelle's birthday. Neways, we went bowling after that- Aaron, Michelle and Joash versus me, Melissa and Kuben. Well, since i kinda suck at bowling, obviously my team lost hehe. So we ended up paying for everyone's popcorn for the movie. But hey we had fun and that's what mattered :D

After that Michelle's older sister Tracy came just in time for the movie and we went in. By some twist of fate Melissa and Joash ended up sitting together haha. We amateur matchmakers, i know. The movie was quite alright la. After that Kuben and Nanthinee left and the others went to the arcade. I went to walk around by myself a bit nd ended up getting some makeup. I intended to check out the prices of the tattoos there but the people were busy so i went back to the arcade. After that it was time to leave already. Me, Joash and Aaron took the minibus to the ktm station la. Aaron was taking the train in the opposite direction so we went our separate ways to get home. Unfortunately again, I have no pics. So here's some we took when we went for our Maths consultation last Friday :)

Chinese New Year..continued

Well I do kinda sorta have a reason to be proud of myself today. I did a LITTLE studying in the morning cause we didn't have any visiting in the morning or afternoon. Had quite a lazy day relaxing in the house. AS IF I've been worrking so hard *roll eyes* So anyway, we did go out in the evening.


At around 5 we went next door to Uncle Andrew and Auntie Judi's place. It was totally fun la. Hannah and Beth were performing their antics for us and we were all extremely entertained. Too bad I forgot the camera :S Neways they just got a Wii. I only found out what that thing is today. Totally took me by surprise. Joash had GREAT fun with it la. I'm sure he'll b back at their place every opportunity he gets now hehe. He was playing tennis but he particularly enjoyed the boxing game even though his arms got worn out eventually :D Neways we had great fun.


After that we went out for dinner with one of Mum n Dad's good friends. Auntie Aileen n her German husband and their son Marius who's Dad's godson. Guess that makes him my godbrother hehe. They live in Beijing so we only see them once a year. oh but apparently that's about to change cause they're moving here to Malaysia sometime this year. I'm quite happy about that. They're great fun to have around :) Anyway Marius is now 12 and he's had quite a growth spurt since i saw him last year. He's turning out to be quite a charming dude la. And he still looks adorable. So we went to this restaurant called Top Hat. The food there is quite good but I made the mistake of ordering a Daquiri which turned out tasting quite horrendous. I couldn't take it and even Joash who's totally in love with alcohol couldn't handle it. But the white wine was quite nice and the food was really good. So that at least I have some photos of :D Here they are..

Chinese New Year..so far

Well first of all, to all my chinese friends out there HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR!! Well i've had a great time so far, visiting dad's friends mostly. The only downside is, I feel kinda bad completely ditching my efforts to study while having fun. When does THAT ever happen right? Anyway, an early warning to all you people who can't read posts without pictures, i have none this time :S So read as far as you can before you get bored la. hehe
So, yesterday was Aaron's last Sunday with us here in Malaysia *sob sob* I was pretty bummed la. When me and Aaron got ditched cause everyone else went for a ride in the car with Reyhan, i couldn't even get the energy to ask for a turn to experience his driving. Oh Reyhan successfully got his driver's license on his first try by the way so that's what all the fuss was about. So, we had pretty much a normal Sunday morning. Went to church late so Lisa and Reyhan were kinda panicking cause there were too few servers before we got there :) Then when service was over we hung around wondering what to do till 11 when YF was starting. We decided to go to Mcd to get something to eat but by the time we finally left church was already about 10.40 hehe. So obviously we were late for YF but Audrey saved us all by telling Joyce about going to Mcd before we left haha. So YF was the usual hoo haa. Then after that we were just sitting around and talking and eating our Mcd meals till Aaron and Audrey left. I was seriously acting like a crazy person when they were leaving. We were all screaming Aaron's name n yelling goodbyes, really felt kinda saddening. After that we were all sitting down and talking till we left one by one. Oh one thing worth mentioning tho, Chris and Tim are down for a visit from the UK so we were all pretty hyped to see them :D They look the same as ever and now that they're here I'm sure everyone is fattening them up on Malaysian food, which i bet they really missed :)
Well in the evening we went to join Datuk Edward Lee and his family for their reunion dinner. The food is always good and not something you can find in a restaurant or something. We all had fun, in particular me and Joash. There was champagne and wine, both of which i had TOO MUCH n got kinda drunk. At first I only intended to have one glass of wine n champagne each, but Datuk kept refilling my glasses so i had quite a bit of both la hehe. I was scared to get off my chair cause didn't know if I could walk straight or not, that I remember. Me n Joash even completely forgot our bet to see who could walk in a straight line after all the drinks hehe. Only when we were in the car the drunkards were all unleashed n talking at the same time and acting like total idiots. Mum, the only sober one, would be the only one who remembers all that happened :D
I don't remember much that happened after that, my memory's kinda fuzzy. But the next morning, which was today, when i checked my fone, I had called Michelle, Anna, Lisa and Reyhan, God only knows why i called. Then when i checked my laptop I had apparently chatted with Daniel, some of the conversation i THINK i remember la. I was glad though that i didn't have any hint of a hangover, cause we had more houses to visit today hehe. We went to Uncle Kingsley's house. I always enjoy going to his house cause when he and dad start talking, its a total comedy to watch hehe. Bishop also came with his family when we were there. His grandchildren are totally adorable by the way. After that we went to the Selangor Club for lunch. Man, I am so sick and tired of that place. But the Indian food is really good la. So we came home after that and here I am, blogging like a jobless idiot when I'm supposed to be studying. What else is new. Neways we'll b leaving in a couple of hours for the next house so I guess i should get some rest now. Once again, a very Happy Chinese New Year to everyone :)

Neways this update is purely for the sake of nobody pronouncing this blog dead. So i guess my job is done la.
I'm missing my uni friends like crazy!! So I'm gonna be at uni tomorrow thank goodness. If anything at all exciting happens I'll probably be jobless enough to blog about it hehe.

Laz day of Sem 2 :'(

I don't think I've mentioned tiz b4...u knw dat saying? All good things must cum 2 an end. I hate dat saying. i mean i can c da sense in it but still i really despise it. Juz wen i really was starting 2 feel almost at home at UTAR, weird i know, we're already approaching da time 2 leave. N hey I absolutely do not mind leaving...at all. Its not UTAR I love, its all my peeps n ma hommiez!! Ok I'm dropping da hip hop language nw hehe. Neways if I wasn't gonna b leaving ppl behind n possibly nvr seeing sum ppl again, I sooo would not mind leaving da dreaded PJ campus. i mean, da Setapak campus, which is where I'll b 4 my degree is totally huge n it luks really nice n all...but I'll b missing da noisiness n weirdness of TD15 n TD16. Haihz.... Ok i shall not let my emo-ness get in da way of my post 4 nw. So here's how i spent my last day of 2nd sem, which was 2day.
Well let me begin by saying dat if da sole reason of going 2 uni was 2 study, me going 2 uni 2day was a major waste of time hehe. As expected la. Classes were completely ignored, same as 4 da rest of da week. In da morning i was jz sitting wit shu, anna n michelle at da cafeteria. N nicholas too of course hehe. Spent most of my time falling asleep la. Went 2 da mamak 4 bfast then went 2 say my fictional gudbyes 2 da library hehe. Yeah rite..i was jz kinda jobless la. Then...well had a TALK wit Anna n Michelle at pb. Well at least dat wasnt my last memory of pb in sem 2. Well we went 2 Old Town afte dat where da guys were. Oh btw, we were sitting OUTSIDE n dats y da smell of coffee din suffocate n kill me :D Neways da gurls n i were kinda weirded out dat frm making noise in da mamak da whole bunch of da guys decided 2 move on 2 Old Town. it wud hv been extremely hard 2 picture if we weren't already sitting ther with them at the next table hehe. Well my 'lunch' was garlic bread :S That one also I was sharing with like three people hehe. So it does NOT count as lunch. And the reason for that is cause i ate kinda a lot that dat so i'm just comforting myself hehe. Well we left kinda fast coz da guys wanted 2 play counter strike puas-puas on their last day. Obviously the fact that they were told off like a million times for itdidn't bother them in the slightest hehe. Sometimes I wonder what it must be like for Anna and Michelle having boyfriends like that :) They'll never get bored, that's for sure.
Well after that we went back to pb to donate blood. Or at least I did la hehe Anna was kinda afraid of the needle and Michelle was springing the I'm too young excuse haha. Ok she really IS too young la. But apparently they DO accept blood from people who are gonna reach 18 so she kinda had to stop the I'm too young thing hehe. Neways i couldn't donate cause it seems that a year has to pass after having a body piercing to donate blood hehe. but we did our part in Anna bringing Gabe there and he did donate his blood. But after Anna n Gabe left me and Michelle mostly hung out in Secret Recipe.
We love the place 4 some reason and can totally stay there indefinitely. So we had our favourite, the brownie, and when Thiyaagoo came to join us he got us a chicken curry puff while he took AN HOUR AND A HALF to finish his new york cheesecake. Even Michelle got annoyed, which happens very rarely btw hehe. I was SOOOOO bored dat i was FORCED to camwhore to entertain myself hehe. When we left we were just hanging around outside the computer lab with Aaron who was clowning to make Michelle talk to him. It was totally hilarious to watch hehe. And finally, I think about an hour and a half after class had already finished we finally took the metro bus to make a move hehe. Well here r sum pics i took throughout the day. ENJOY...

Futsal at Ampang..

I knw, I knw da title in itself is misleading. but take note, even I, ME, I played futsal. Well if wat I did was considered playing la hehe. I was amazed even wen i kicked da ball correctly :D
Well it was a long n tiring day la. Edward came 2 da hse n mum sent me, Joash, sis n Edward 2 da lrt station near da hse. We went 2 masjid jamek 2 wait 4 brian n daniel n jazz. We were supposed 2 meet at 1pm but wen we gt ther at 1.20, we were da earliest ones. Wat did i tell u?? We strictly uphold Malaysian timing hehe. Neways wen we were all gathered we met Edgar n Edwin at Chan Sow Lin. Does dat even sound like da name of an lrt station?? WEIRD... So wen we gt 2 Ampang we had 2 WALK all da way 2 sports planet. It wasnt dat bad la, I was glad i was getting da exercise :) So we eventually gt ther. Personally, da walk was enuf exercise 4 me. but since i came looking at my worst (dah la wearing sum baggy t shirt with wat i tot was Joash's shorts but turned out 2 b my dad's, then not even wearing any accessories except 4 a necklace. Felt so weird n empty :S), mite as well make da most of it. :D Oh Reyhan n Lisa came wit their frens nick n Matthew, but Reyhan n Matthew had 2 leave early coz they had driving class. Well it was too gud 2 b true dat Reyhan at least showed his face neways hehe.
I totally intended 2 play bt Nicole's frens were such pros n Joash n Edward n all r quite gud players so da girls all dam malu 2 embarass ourselves. I mean at least if it was jz church ppl we cud hv jz went 2 hv a gud time, not 2 win. N THEN we cud embarass ourselves 2 da max n no one wud care. but it turned out 2 b nicole n her frens vs church ppl. Tho we supposedly had God on our side, we kinda lost la hehe. So afte da 'serious' game was over, we girls decided we wanted a piece of da action. So in we went, screaming n all. It was us n sum of da guys against Nicole n her frens n we outnumbered them by 1 person since obviously us girls r kinda crap players hehe. but hey da guys did all da work up front n we jz stayed at defense n surprisingly we won muahahahaha!!! Wen da pro dribblers came 2 me i jz run in front of em n block la hehe. They got tired of me eventually. We were glad tho dat da guys were very unwilling 2 injure us or get da ball frm us in any forceable way. Sumtimes being a girl is useful hehe. neways tiz game was much more fun since we were playing n nt jz watching.
After dat pulak we were jz lazing around 4 a while coz we were waiting 4 nicole n Daniel 2 go 2 da atm 4 sum reason which i dont knw. Wen they gt bak we rushed over 2 Mathai's (Lisa's mum's restaurant) 4 lunch. We all hadn't eaten n it was already 5pm :S i still wonder hw we lasted dat long without fud, coz in church, I'm definitely not da only pig around hehe. Da fud in Mathai's was HEAVEN!! N Aunty Maria was so nice 2 take care of da bill 4 us...THANKS AUNTY!!! :D:D So after we ate puas-puas (sum worse than others *cough cough brian cough cough* hehe) we walked bak 2 da station. Tiz time we really needed da exercise 2 walk off da calories we had put on wit da amazing fud :) Da walk bak seemed much shorter 4 sum reason. I suppose I'm not supposed 2 expose tiz 2 da world bt BRIAN gt a can of Shandy 4 himself, most of wich i ended up drinking, 4 da walk. Hmmm...maybe dat was y da walk felt kinda short hehe. Neways we made our way bak 2 church. Uncle Christopher gave us a life n ther were FIVE of us in da bak seat. Wit Brian involved, u hv 2 admit it was quite a miracle we all fit in da car hehe. I kept slipping off da seat onto his leg. N we almost gt caught by da police too. But we were almost at church la so we were saved :D Mum n Dad were at church 4 a b'day party so they told us 2 hide sumwher :S At least sis luked decent in a top n jeans bt me n Joash were in shorts n t shirt...not exactly our normal attire 4 church la hehe. Neways we got home quite early bt still im hopelessly tired. So here r sum pics, I dun hv dat many. ENJOY!!

delayed new year's post.. :S

Ok i know its already like 9 days into da new year but neways HAPPY NEW YEAR PPL!!!!

Hehe been busy busy busy so havent quite had da time 2 sit down n update my blog. So neways here's my delayed post on our fun filled n action packed new year's day. Well 1st thing in da morning we went 2 church. We were supposed 2 b invited 2 audrey's house 4 a day of exercise bt apparently da invite nvr reached da selvarajs so we literally asked mum if we cud go while she was walking out da door n had like 15 seconds 2 pack our swimsuits n stuff. But luckily we din 4get anything important so off 2 church we went!!

Service was alrite i guess. There were quite a few of us serving so it wasnt a selvaraj family show :D Even my cousin Keith was ther. Lagilah its only among da family hehe. Afte service we were supposed 2 leave wit Aaron n Audrey bak 2 their place bt they were mysteriously missing. Summore it was January already so all our parents were worried abt da buckle up behind which unfortunately became official ady. If not we cud all hv crammed into one car Haihz... So coz of da change of plans which probably involved Aaron n Audrey not being able 2 wake up, we went 2 meet them 4 lunch at The Curve. We were mostly totally overdressed so Joash n Reyhan luked so adorably funny in their nice shirts bt with backpacks :D So we had lunch at Uncle Lim's. Fud was quite gud bt we were in a weird mood as usual hehe. C 4 urself...

After my n Tasha's very long search 4 credit (Thank Gudnes we found a 7 eleven) us gurls left in Tasha's mum's car 2 Audrey's place. Wow we had LOADSA fun. Between the tennis court n da frisbee n da gym n da pool...Gosh we were insane!!! Then we walked 2 sri devi's 4 dinner. Joash, Aaron n me were teasing Reyhan n Audrey mercilessly abt their fictional marriage hehe. it is jz way too much fun 2 make fun of them. Neways afte dat we were jz hanging around til evryone left one by one. Tasha's mum dropped me, Joash n Daniel at da lrt station. n wen we got home Uncle paul, Auntie Su n da kids were ther so me n Joash had 2 tunjuk muka 4 a while la :D but hey, they brought nando's :D:D:D:D

So basically we had a long n surprisingly very healthy day...

Gud start 2 da year i guess...
