my weirdly imperfect new year's eve...

I'll not pretend dat 2day was gud n well. Im guessing tiz is officially my 1st emo blog post. Am so disappointed dat im missing out on countdown n evry other fun activity out ther. Was supposed 2 go wit Tasha n her mum n cud hv met up wit Sarath n a whole load of ppl who said they mite stop by. Man tiz sucks...
As if dat wasnt enuf, assignment was seriously killing me 2day. Wtf do we ever nid programming 4 neways??? Its a rhetorical question btw DO NOT tell me dat i cant live without programmers n stuf coz i kinda already gt dat lecture frm Miss Yasotha. But hey, doesnt mean i oso muz b handal at speaking 2 da bloody computer in its own freaking language!
Neways i was supposed 2 b doing da flowchart wit nan. I knew was nt gona b easy, but OMG IT WAS HELL!!! So imagine me sitting n staring at da freaking computer language (its supposedly called a sourcecode, they jz wanted2 make it sound nice b4 ppl c it n get shocked) n willing da thing 2 manifest in my brain n magically transform in2 a flowchart hehe. Then wen i found out nan had da sample of da flowchart 2 refer 2 i was dam over da moon ady. Bt wen i texted her, found out dat her dam internet was down n she cudnt send it 2 me. Wen asked if she cud start it off 1st, she pulak din hv da 'sourcecode'. yeah freaking helpful dat turned out 2 b!!!
Conclusion: i spent 4 hours STRAIGHT staring at da computer screen in da computer lab doing da flowchart by myself n sumtimes even dragging Shu outta class 2 help me out. So here's a shoutout 2 Shu. Gosh darling u were so helpful 2day even tho i probably shud've gotten a earful frm u. Thanks a lot babe, I love u :D
Well turns out it wasnt 2 bad sitting in da lab n all coz da guys were sitting at da bak of us n making fun so it was a good way 2 stress myself out n destress at da same time :) By da time i realised i was hungry i think it was 12.30 n da flowchart was dun except 4 da arrows. Who knew da freaking arrows cud b so much truble??? Wen i called nan 2 cum n JZ do da arrows she pulak was eating. Michelle, Anna n Shu had ady left 4 lunch n i was like HELLOOOO!!!! im nt a freaking robot i nid 2 makan too!!! Hadnt eaten anything since abt 6 in da morning!!! Gt dam pissed off n went 2 da mamak 2 replenish my energy. Shu reproached me a lil n i totally felt like shit afte dat. Jz kept quiet n ran off afte eating as fast as i cud. Got SEVERELY in da nid of anger management wen i saw CERTAIN PPL who was supposed 2 b finishing off our assignment sitting down n happily talking in da mamak wile I whose work was ADY DUN was rushing bak 2 uni. So jz imagine hw pissed off i was wen tiz person's work, wich consisted of doing da arrows, finishing da front page wich ony required our names n id numbers n printing it out took more than an hour n a half. N even dat was wit a LOT of assistance in da form of Anna n myself who were both running around like crazy.. N therefore, our assignment wich was due at 2pm was handed in at 3.04 pm sharp. All i can say is, consider urself lucky dat tho we were freaking pissed off, it didnt cum out in da form of words or actions towards u. Oh n u knw wat? In da morning wen i was getting dressed i tot i wud b severely underdressed in my skulls t shirt n jeans. but turns out da skulls reflected my mood perfectly!
Wen we were finally dun, suddenly da guys pulak had a trauma. Gabe did SUMTHING im not sure wat. He did sumthing n if im not mistaken, their whole flowchart jz disappeared. N let me tell u, my flowchart is like 6 pages long. So after dat, no more playing the fool. All da guys were actually sitting down seriously n doing their work. Even Dannis, who wasn't in tiz particular group, was inspired 2 help them out. Poor Michelle luked extremely tense. Then wen they went 2 print it out at news junction, they were gona long enuf 2 take apart da printer n fix it bak la :S So think they ony attempted 2 hand their assignment in at 4pm. Wich was quite bad coz tho my group's assignment was late, it had still been accepted by our dear Miss Yasotha but by 4 she had ady left n ther was no one 2 hand in da assignment 2. Bt da guys, who nvr panic, gave her a call n they're gonna meet her on Friday. Dats gonna b a cheerful meeting...NOT.
Neways wit all tiz drama n frustration going on, I din really hv da time or energy 2 reflect on 2008 n get sum workable resolutions 4 2009. Its gonna b weird n sad, dat i knw. 2008 had all kinds of new beginnings 4 me, wich im extremely thankful 4. Im choosing rite nw nt 2 dwell on da painfullness of many events tiz past year. I dun really wana risk further damaging my already sucky New year's eve. Well I dont wanna hope too much frm 2009 coz hey, let's not spoil da surprises dat da new year will bring. Earlier 2day i cudnt help being not in da mood 4 celebration, bt rite nw im kinda hopeful 4 da new year 2 b a lil more welcome than the last. my confusing day :S

Well, as u can c im in no semangated mood 2day 2 tell da long story of my christmas jz yet :) Instead, 4 nw im jz gona stick 2 da story of my day n hw it went. Neways 2day was da day dat me n da church gang were supposed 2 go2 mid valley 2 watch a movie. Gosh am i sick of mid valley or wat??? turns out its or wat coz i was rushing abt like a crazy woman trying 2 get ther 2day :)
First of all, felt like i havent been2 uni in AGES!! Tiz mite sound kinda, no extremely crazy bt i actually missed going ther. Missed da gurls n our crazy talks n being stupid wit each other, missed Aaron n Gabe n their weirdness, missed da mamak...all kinds of nonsense la. Well tiz time i came prepared wit cookies dat my mum made 2 feed evryone hehe. Tot i'd hv 2 wrestle da cookies away frm em 2 avoid a serious spread of diabetes bt anna brought cookies too, wich probly wasnt a gud thing, cum 2 think of it hehe. Well Shu was attempting our programming assigment in vain bt me Anna n Michelle were totally fooling around n nt helping at ALL. Oh then Thibash came along, who i also surprisingly missed :) He said dat i luked like a kindergarden girl in a saree wen i wore my saree 4 christmas :S Riiiiiiite...Y did i miss him again??? Hehe Neways gave him sum cookies as promised n went 4 public speaking tutorial soon afte dat. Felt totally weird going 2 clas afte so long. Bt it was interesting n all. Thiyagoo, Thibash n Nevin gt a warning frm Miss Lee Sa coz their attendance was 'in da danger zone'. Guess da guys r jz gona hv 2 nt miss class anymore. Haha yeah rite!!!

After clas i practically ran 2 da bus stop 2 get a metro 2 da lrt station. ony afte sum annoying girl screaming on da fone was talking abt pmr results did i remember dat audrey was getting her results 2day!!! Seriously cudnt wait 2 reach mv afte realising dat. Met up wit Jamie n Matthew at Bangsar n we took da triton 2 mv. We met up wit da other 2 selvarajs, michael, edgar, edwin, deanna n daniel ther. Edwin gt kinda embarassed wen we all started yelling SUPERSTAR wen he was approaching. Da luk on his face was priceless!!! Afte dat we were jz wandering around waiting 4 da rest. Was supershocked wen Tasha n Lisa gt ther. U knw y? Coz sumhow, without any planning watsoever, all 3 of us came in da same kind of top!!! It was so freakishly weird n dam cool!!! Hehe Here, hv a look. U cant really c it in tiz pic tho. but hey, jz take my word 4 it :D

We ate at da fud court then went 2 watch yes man. Da movie was hilarious!! Story was kinda lame tho. but oh well, its Jim Carrey. Whos gonna miss out on tiz movie rite?? Oh afte da movie we lost Michael. Then me Tasha n Lisa pulak dam jobless crept into da other cinemas 4 a while hehe. We saw a few seconds of space monkeys or wtv movie dat is n sum japanese movie i think. afte dat da cinema ppl were giving us weird luks so we gt out la. So afte dat i left 2 get bak 2 uni 4 my writing 4 science test. It was frm 5-6. N get tiz, Anna was da ony one who actually remembered we had a test 2day hehe. Great students we r la.

Well by da time i gt 2 uni was abt 4.30. wich was quite early actually. Da whole complication abt nanthinee not being in our group was all sorted out by da time i gt ther so thank gudness 4 dat. Well da progress on da assignment was amazing considering in da morning we din prepare anything at all. Shu gt a whole lot dun ady n i was totally glad. Da test started on time. Mr Ch'ng was TD15's invigilator. Ther was a lot of confusion abt tables n chairs n stuff bt hey i had a table n i had a chair (well technically it was Thibash's chair) so i jz sat down n prayed i wud finiz fast. N predictably, by 5.25 i was dun hehe. I cud ony check n recheck my work so many times so by 5.35 i was outa ther n headed bak 2 mv. C!! Im crazy rite?? hehe

Bak 2 mv ntn much happened. We were jz lazing around 2 da max. bt i had fun la. It was really cool 2 finally hang out wit tiz ppl OUTSIDE church n carolling n all dat stuff. N we totally nvr ever run out of things 2 talk abt or crap abt. I hv no idea wat time we left bt Deanna n Daniel gave us a lift home. Da sucky part is wen i gt home la. I hadnt eaten anything since like 12pm n came home hoping ther wud at least b maggi mee or sum leftover pizza frm laz nite. Bt NOOOOO da fridge ony gt junk fud n no maggi oso. Sis n bro dun mind la obviously coz they had lunch then on top of dat went 2 nandos afte da movie. So even while im typing tiz im totally feeling so hungry n gtg 2 bed starving.. Ok ok, enuf of da drama queen act. But SERIOUSLY ppl im so totally hungry!!! Neways Im gona go2 bed nw. Im supposed 2 b doing a flowchart 4 our assignment due tmr bt da sample dat Anna gt from Thibash (Thibash ur a lifesaver :D THANK YOU!!!) is wit nanthinee whose internet is down. BRILLIANT!! pre-christmas news!!!

Woohoo im FINALLY bak 2 kl. I missed da sweet smell of traffic jams n pollution hehe. Neways its been ages since my last post so WARNING!!! Tiz is gonna b a freakishly long update on my action packed christmas season :)


Wow Christmas came n went jz like dat. As usual the season never fails 2 disappoint n I had an absolutely amazing time. Even with classes going on the Christmas spirit was still going strong..in me at least :) oh but everything was quite rushed la…jz imagine shopping 4 presents the day b4 christmas eve. Hw much more rushed can it get rite? Hehe neways guess I should try n go chronologically so I dun confuse anyone.
1st of all caroling was a lil less exciting tiz year. I mean hello we used 2 get home at like 2 or 3 n nw we’re home by 12-2??? Was very disappointed wit dat. N ther was sum tension going on wich was kinda disruptive 2 da Christmas spirit. Da very 1st day of da jyf/yf caroling was hectic 2 da MAX!! we finally put up da tree in da morning n dat took up da whole morning btw. Then we seriously, im not exaggerating, had ony like 5 minutes 2 get ready 4 a Christmas lunch dat a church member was organizing. We probably mite nth hv went bt da fud is AMAZING year afte year hehe. N tis da season 2 pig out n get fat rite?? So as predicted da lunch was totally amazing!!! Afte leaving we went home, showered n gt ready 2 leave 4 carolling ady. N I think it was raining summore…but well we never fail 2 enjoy ourselves even in weird conditions hehe. We had a pretty much typical caroling day I guess..sory la memory failing :) I really missed tasha n lisa who both weren’t ther :’( Tasha ady left 4 aussie n lisa…I hv no idea y bt she din cum la. So I dun really hv many recollections of da day except dat we were glad tony came :D I even din take many pictures at all. Da reason dat was I shall jz chill n keep 2 myself. Bt da 2nd day brought da bestest best surprise of all. We were staying bak at church coz caroling was supposed 2 start early la. Which it obviously didn’t. we Malaysians strictly uphold da culture of Malaysian timing ;p Sis jz left coz she wasn’t feeling well so we were jz chilling in dad’s office n doing nonsense. I think at da moment of da surprise I was standing on da spinning chair 2 c if I cud balance myself (yeah I knw hw lame it was ppl I was jz SO DAM BORED!!) wen suddenly da door opened. Da 1st thing I noticed was tiz person walking in had a very familiar voice. It took me n joash several moments 2 process da face n we reacted like animals! I totally jumped off my chair n RACED 4 da door hehe. Poor Aaron gt quite a shock. Hey we hadn’t seen him 4 almost a year ok? I cudnt stop hugging him n he was laughing at hw silly I was being. Afte dat things cud ony get betr la. Din really realize hw much we missed him. Our ‘church gang’ jz wasn’t complete :'( neways I hv way more pics of da 2nd day than da 1st day la. So I guess pictures speak betr than words. One interesting tidbit tho. Da whole *cough brian n michelle cough* thing was jz a false alarm. We din c any other episodes 2 suggest any deeper emotions whatsoever. So here r da pics!!

Fast forwarding to the following Friday, da day of da church christmas party. I was kinda late 4 practice coz had class til 4 then went 2 da mamak wit aaron n michelle. Then turned out half da guys were ther so we had a gud time laughing at their antics :) wat wud college life b like without their goofiness??? Afte a while i gt quite panicky abt hw late i was n so me, michelle n aaron took da bus. By da time i gt 2 masjid jamek it had stopped raining thank gudness. I keep forgetting 2 get an umbrella since my old one accidentally flew into the rubbish bin :S So i gt 2 church all sweaty n out of breath coz i practically ran ther. I knw, i knw at least i gt sum exercise. Dats wat joash wud hv said. bt one thing great finally happened. TASHA WAS BAK!!!! was freaking happy :D :D :D :D Neways we ony practiced da dance 4 a while then it was time 2 freshen up n get ready 4 da dance. i think on da whole i had quite a gud time considering i had a physics test da next day wich i was completely unprepared 4. Hehe neways too bad i had da test tho coz jamie n matt were going clubbing n i gt invited :( Since i finally turned 18 i dun hv 2 worry abt being caught n all. ANYWAY here r sum pics of dat nite afte wich i actually went home n studied physics..EEEWWWWW...

Da next day was bak 2 carolling n it started off kinda horribly. Had an awful fite wit sis n stormed away frm da lrt station. They kinda left me n went 2 church. Felt absolutely horrible bt well, carolling ony happens wat, 3 or 4 days a year. So i decided 2 swallow my freaking pride n jz go 2 church myself. Gt a very worried call frm mum wen i reached masjid jamek n was walking alone 2 church. Even wen i gt 2 church, totally cudnt tahan ady. Jz ran 2 da toilet n da dam burst. Bt Tasha n Jamie totally made me feel betr la so by da time i gt out of da toilet it was time 2 leave ady. Lisa totally assaulted me wen i gt out :) i was totally touched dat she missed me as much as i missed her hehe. Then i saw his royal tallness oso ther. Was super shocked dat he finally came 2 church hehe. bt well i was touched wen he asked me if i was ok n all. As previously mentioned, its very hard 2 stay mad at reyhan :) In da bus me n sis were ok ady la. thanks 2 jamie n matt n freida it was over n dun wit quite quickly. afte dat it was all abt gossip n having a gud time!!! Da carolling spirit was bak n alive :D We had 9 houses on dat day i think. N my house was da last one 4 us 2 sing at. Tasha, Lisa n me were bak 2 our threesome-ness mood n we were together most of da time. Been a long time since dat was da case hehe. Neways Michelle n Leanne became new best buds n were wit da guys at da backseat mostly. Im sure joash was only too happy abt tiz afte da initial shock of nt being allowed 2 sit nex 2 da gurls hehe. We had an amazing time...most of da time dat is. Ther were sum alcohol related complications wich resulted in us nt seeing tony 4 da laz day of carolling. Since my siblings,me, lisa n reyhan had ady left b4 da lecture in da bus started, we din really get da full impact of da seriousness of da situation. it seems ther was pin drop silence in da bus afte Joyce finished da 'lecture'. boy am i glad i wasnt ther!!! Well since i wasnt ther 4 da tense ride bak 2 church, here r sum pics of da happier moments of da 2nd laz day of carolling.

Haihh....da laz day of carolling. we were all both excited n kinda sad dat it was approaching da end of carolling ady. neways me, sis, bro n keith (my cousin who slept over dat nite) decided 2 b lazy n miss 8.30 service. we gt 2 church in time 4 10.30 service tho. n we had a gud time coz we decided nt 2 serve n jz sat at da bak wit brian n leanne. Wow i kinda 4got wat its like 2 jz sit in da service n nt having 2 rush up wen da priest needs sumthing or i gotta do my duty n stuff :) i should try n do dat jz a LIL bit more often hehe. Neways me, mum, sis n Tasha went 2 bangsar 4 lunch afte dat. Aiyo had maggo goreng n mutton. fyi, its a very filling combination. bt since wen do we hv any problems eating rite??hehe well on dat particular day, since it was da laz day of carolling we decided 2 dress a lil nicely. tasha, sis n me were wearing dresses n we tried 2 call lisa 2 get her 2 dress up 2 bt she had ady left da hse :( Wen we gt bak 2 church frm lunch Vanessa had pity on us n lent me n tasha her laptop so we cud go on9 in our boredom hehe. Time jz flew by n pretty soon it was time 2 leave ady. Bt b4 we left we gt lecture on alcohol part 2 frm joyce. We gt pretty bummed afte it was over n hung around in da toilet 2 chill out so dat our carolling mood tak hilang la. I guess it kinda sorta worked coz we were ok afte dat. Neways shocking news of da nite : THEY MADE ME ENTER A LIVERPOOL PUB!!!!. I felt like dying frm inhaling 2 much liverfool air. GOSH ther were liverpool logos EVERYWHER!!! n wen we were dun singing, they played you never walk alone!!!! my ears were totally bleeding n i cudnt wait 2 get outta ther!! PHEW bt i survived....sumhow. Da best thing abt da nite was Auntie Jennifer's house la. Chocolate fountain, ais kacang, spaghetti....it was heaven :D:D:D:D but poor Edwin. He was our 'main' guitarist n played like 10 songs at da liverpool pub. afte dat he cudnt lift his arm anymore hehe. So wen we went 2 auntie jennifer's house tey totally piled all da fud on his plate n sent him 2 da dining table hehe. Lucky fellow...N in da absence of da main guitarist, guess who stepped up n started playing?? Mb i'll admit he's my brother after all..hehe big round of applause 2 JOASH!!! N he did a gud job too :) Well dun bro. U hv officially been accepted as a guitarist in da exclusice club hehe. Neways here r sum pics of da laz day. moderately eventful day..

Well i guess 2day counts as an okay day wen it cums 2 excitement. Had a pretty much typical Wednesday morning. Waited 4 Michelle so dat i cud copy her Chemistry tutorial, tho she din show up til it was almost time 4 class. So scratch da copying, i jz took her tutorial straight n got into class hehe. its all about attendance babe!!! While waiting 4 her Aaron n Shu were irritating/entertaining me wit their weirdness/lameness :D sorry la peeps da truth had 2 cum out eventually. Neways spent physics class doing my report n it was AMAZING...4 once I, Ellana Resha Selvaraj was totally being rajin n finishing my report EARLY. I usually leave it 2 da absolute laz minute n spend da nite b4 forcing myself 2 stay up n finish it all. Do u hv any idea hw difficult it is 2 draw a graph wit ur eyes half/almost fully closed??? Downside is, dat means i absolutely wasnt paying attention in class. Then again our physics lecturer never fails 2 cause me drowsiness n i was surprisingly alert while doing my report. Unfortunately writing 4 2 hours straight came wit a price..CRAMPS!!! Who knew wrists cud hurt frm writing 2 much? I guess i never got so inspired 2 write so much :) Anywayz, went 4 lunch wit da gurls at da mamak after class, or as Gabe calls it, mamz. bt b4 dat we jz had 2 fix our makeup n stuff. So hey if it involves Gabe standing outside da washroom n getting impatient, ALL DA BETTER!! Sorry Gabe :D
Wel, wen we went 2 da mamak n i was getting my fud, sumthing totally super weird n upsetting happened. Mike said I got FAT ady!!! N then he took it bak n said i looked chubby now. HELLO!! EMBARASSMENT MUCH?? hehe But well i do accept dat i hv put on quite an amount of weight. Gosh i sure nid sum exercise. i can juz imagine da Hallelujah chorus Joash will b singing wen he reads da exercise part. Fine Joash!! U were rite!! :) Was being kinda quiet after dat n was kinda surprised dat Mich noticed n told me 2 chill hehe. N aaron was surprisingly a big help n a total letdown at da same time. But still, wat wud i do without u guys?? :D
Me n anna went 2 watch da cultural nite dance practice afte lunch. We were SUPER glad 2 c dat akka's bak. We were really worried abt her wen she fell during practice. Neways she says shes fine n we're very happy 2 c her bak :) n obviously da fall din affect her dancing at all. SUPERB as always. Oh n we were also glad 2 c Ben bak, tho hes still quite sickly. N hey great dedication 2 da dance, he actually did practice even in his condition (n he really did luk quite bad. i told him myself dat he luked like he wud fly away if i blowed in his direction). I did pity him towards da end wen da guys came in hehe. Yeah i knw they're all great frens n they teased him like crazy :) Oh btw, Gabe was driving us nuts wit his bm 2day. Gosh i nvr knew da language wud annoy me so much. Well mb nt da language la..i guess it was jz Gabe.hehe
Da highlight of my Wednesday as usual was watching da guys play futsal. It was da journey 2 ck's van dat was da most entertaining tho. Sumhow 4 sum reason, wen aaron was trying 2 scare Mich n Anna by shouting "CAT!!" i screamed wit them. Yup..n I'm SOOOOOO not scared of cats!! I'm usually da one clearing da cafeteria of cats so dat mich n Anna can sit in peace hehe. on top of dat, i hv learned jz 2day dat trees...wit leaves...can actually hold A LOT of water(as in, afte it rains). Anna n I were getting irritated wit Gabe's bm n 2 get bak at us, he shook a tree n a SHOWER of water came raining down at us!!! As expected da both of us screamed like crazy hehe. Ck n Thibash were luking at us like we had gone totally nuts. Wich was probably true at da time. Neways, by da time we got 2 da van we were quite terribly wet n my heels sank into quite a lot of mud. EEEEWWWW!!!! hehe Wen we did get 2 da futsal court, mich wanted 2 eat bt din want da guys 2 c us coz of da whole fat n chubby comments. She came up wit a great plan 2 order da fud then pick it up later while da guys were playing so dat they wudnt b paying attention at da time :D Da plan kinda failed coz da guy frm sp corner actually came luking 4 her n gave her da rice hehe. She tried 2 salvage it by ony starting 2 eat wen da guys started playing, but my guess is da damage was done :)
Da guys were playing against sum dudes frm da utar setapak campus or sumthing. We're usually nt fully informed abt these unimportant details la. Important information=NO CUTE GUYS. It was a tough n tense match but out guys pulled through 2 make it a 6-6 draw. A few interesting highlights here..oh n sorry guys I'm nt a great sports person so i can't really comment well :D Da guys frm Setapak luked like wat ony bt they played quite well. ther was tiz one guy in a Man utd jersey who was quite gud n scored i think 3 goals. He caused a minor ruckus wen it came 2 defense. their goalkeeper was either annoyingly gud or irritatingly lucky. "Tupai" came close 2 scoring a few n most of it was saved, which caused us girls great agony. oh n another observation, our guys surprisingly dont crack under pressure. I mean they were tense n all bt they din let it affect their spirit, tho it did affect da way they played :) A memorable event wud b da 'almost' fite dat went on in da middle of da match between Ck n a skinny dude frm da other team. Never really saw a person who had 2 b restrained frm hitting sumone. Eye-opening experience...but was still a lil worrying. but all dat aside, who cud 4get da final whistle wen da score was 6-5 to setapak wen Ck scored n miliseconds later da whistle blew!!! It was freakishly cool!! but it did turn slightly sour wen da guys frm setapak claimed they won 7-6. but who cares?? Da guys' antics n comedy show at sp corner after dat totally made up 4 any unpleasantness. Mich n i cud barely stop laughing. Da guys r seriously hilarious la... Oh bt Ck's swollen ankle freaked us both out la. It was scary big n he was limping around. Dats da scary part of sports la. Neways i shall not bore u anymore wit all da minute details of my day. Conclusion=I'm glad mum n dad r home frm Thailand wher they had their...errr....5oth? honeymoon. Da house was way 2 quiet without em. oh n guess wat?? I hv a dad wit very curious internal workings. Wen he's working hard n extremely stressed out, he's healthy n well. But he goes on VACATION n da next thing i knw, hes sick n nids a vacation 2 RECOVER frm his vacation hehe. Wat wud i do without u 2 entertain my soul Pa? :D K la k la i shall go n tido nw n enjoy my public holiday tmr.

first day of carolling :)

How totally appropriate dat my 1st ever post is on da 1st day of carolling. Well technically it wasnt us youths who were da centre of attention. 4 da 1st time ever the sunday skul kiddies were spreading the christmas joy on a day of carolling. We youths were juz ther 2 help chaperone n keep da kids in tune :D But hey we all had an amazing time!!


We were in church early so we had absolute hours 2 get ready. Was kinda bz merajuking wit reyhan 4 ditching my bday party AGAIN. 2 years in a row is a bit much la. But as usual couldnt stay mad once da sheepish smile was flashed. Wat is with guys n dat sheepish smile? Totally messes with da whole 'I'm gonna stay mad at u til da end of time' routine. Anyway, 8.30 service was a total comedic disaster. Dad wasnt around so kinda expected da comedy tho hehe. Sermon even involved not sitting next 2 ur bg/gf in church (HUH??) n wearing collared shirts n sum other weirdness. So in an act of rebellion me n tasha were talking about boys n totally not paying attention. At least we werent so bad la Uncle Joe went 2 eat nasi lemak n only got bak wen da sermon was almost dun. Other than dat ntn happened worth mentioning la.


After dat, all of us knew we cudnt function without fud so we kottikiraan la. Went 2 practice carolling after dat. We could only practice 4 so long cause everyone cud hear da buffet lunch downstairs calling their names hehe. But we controlled our piggy urges quite well n practiced 4 an hour or so. N can u blive it, after dat went 2 eat AGAIN. Was kinda disappointed tho. Only had mee hoon which i actually kinda hate. but hey, i was hungry. We got worried about our Christmas Party dance so we practiced dat2. da guys were kinda refusing 2 concentrate n were more interested in practicing da girly hip-shaking moves :) Oh well, wouldnt recognise them if they werent being goofy. Joash left halfway n dat was da end of da guys practice la. They were completely obsessed wit da girls moves ady.


Anyway, we left soon after dat. We were all left traumatised when Uncle Johnny, no joke, told us 2 line up two by two. Gosh we were staring at each other so long trying not 2 laugh or cry or roll on da floor doing both. Oh n after complete n total ages i finally saw Freida, who came 2 help us out wit da carolling. I absolutely cant deny dat da best part of carolling is fooling around on da bus. Leanne was my official buddy of da day (u knw, 4 da two by two thing hehe). We has a huge bus bt da youths all crammed ourselves at da bak, which was part of da fun i guess. We did hv difficulty behaving ourselves tho. Da amount of curses dat we had 2 stifle...we hv been officially labelled as a bad influence :s Da main culprit was Tasha la. Gosh dat girl needs 2 chill hehe. But WE LOVE U ANYWAY!! We were quite excited abt da budding romance we saw going on *cough brian n michelle cough* N surprisingly we have proven without a doubt dat we can even camwhore on buses :) Everyone was particularly entertained wen Joash n Daniel went out of tune/cudnt reach da high notes wit their duet hehe. but all is 'forgiven'. So conclusion: we had an amazing time. Only thing was we got waaaaay too much junk fud from every single house we sang at. N we were kinda disappointed dat Lisa had 2 leave early. WE LOVE U BABE!!! hope ur feeling much betr. Ther were other kinks oso la. Not 2 mention one particular child *cough cough Kyra cough* who kept us all on our toes and never at all able 2 stay calm. N i'm talking about a bunch of child lovers here n even we cudnt stand her hehe. But fortunately we were too busy having fun n being kids high on sugar 2 notice much.


Ok i juz remembered i hv an essay on acid rain due tmr wich i havent even started so im gonna go do dat soon. But 1st, enjoy these pics wich we took going crazy on da bus.
